This Wizard build puts the enemies right where you want them. A spinning vortex that shreds away their life in a matter of moments. It only takes a few seconds to get enemies setup where you want them, but the reward is extremely high. This build is also extremely versatile if you have the Tal Rasha’s Elements set.
